Features

The frequency your rank is updated depends on your package tier. Most of the tiers check daily, but all packages check at least weekly.

We check Google for your website's search rankings as it is by far the most used search engine and therefore represents the best picture of where the majority of your traffic will come from.

Google search results are highly tailored to the individual who is making the search. This includes things like past searches, location, device etc. When you add search terms to be tracked we recommend setting a city level target as this will provide the best indication of the ranking for your site. You can track your ranking from multiple locations if that makes sense for your target customers.

Tracking your website's ranking doesn't in itself improve your ranking but it does help you understand if changes you are making are having a positive or negative impact on your ranking. We also provide ranking tips which include easy to implement advice to help you achieve higher ranks.

Depending on your package tier you will have a different number of search terms you can track. You can view the different tiers on our pricing page.

Billing and payments

No there is no minimum term contract. You can cancel any time you like through the Hub product management section.

Cancelling your account is very easy. Simply log into the Hub, go to the accounts and payments section, select product management and then click close product. There are no minimum terms so you cancel whenever you like.
